Spray-applied two-component road marking paint

This coating is a thin spray marking material made of GR-S502 imported active acrylic resin, high-quality composite pigments and fillers, and various functional additives through a special process. Due to the construction method of two-component spraying for marking, especially its linear appearance, which is similar to the commonly used ambient temperature marking in China, and the fact that glass beads can be sprinkled on the surface of the marking to reflect light, the marking has a good service life, and has been widely used in China in recent years. However, due to its unavoidable drawbacks such as frequent cleaning during construction (excluding external mixing methods that cannot be fully cured), slow drying speed during construction, easy surface contamination during the initial stage of construction, relatively short service life, and low comprehensive price, it is less commonly used in the European and American marking industry.

Thin-spray design, beautiful lines and good reflectivity

This coating uses imported active acrylic resin, with a linear appearance consistent with the ambient temperature markings. The surface can be sprinkled with glass beads for reflection, and it has a good service life; Low coating usage (1-1.2kg/m ²), thin coating thickness (0.8 ± 0.2mm), high wear resistance and adhesion, it is a widely used thin spray marking material in China in recent years

Good construction compatibility

The construction method and appearance of the spray type two-component marking coating are similar to the commonly used ambient temperature marking in China, making it easy to apply and popularize. In recent years, it has been widely used in China

Good reflective performance

Glass microbeads can be sprinkled on the surface of the marking to ensure good reflective visibility at night and in adverse weather conditions.

Good weather resistance and adhesion

The coating is made of imported active acrylic resin and high-quality composite pigments and fillers, which have good weather resistance and can maintain a relatively stable service life in conventional environments

Strong adaptability to construction

Under suitable conditions for construction, the overall performance of the road markings is good and can meet the needs of general road markings. Note: This type of marking has limitations such as frequent cleaning of equipment during construction (unless using external mixing methods), susceptibility to surface contamination in the early stages of construction, relatively short overall service life, and low overall cost-effectiveness. It is recommended to carefully select based on actual engineering conditions and durability requirements.
